Valif Oral Jelly is medication for erectile dysfunction in men, a condition in which men can’t get and sustain a penile erection for sexual activity. Together with sexual stimulation, Valif Oral Jelly boosts blood flow to the penis which is crucial to get and sustain an erection.

Let your doctor know if you are allergic to Valif Oral Jelly or any other medications in advance. Valif Oral Jelly may contain inactive ingredients, which can lead to allergic reactions or other problems.

Valif Oral Jelly usage may result in a heart rhythmic condition called long QT syndrome or QT prolongation. This condition can sometimes cause serious (rarely fatal) fast or irregular heartbeats and other symptoms like severe dizziness, fainting that require immediate medical attention.

The risk of long QT syndrome increases greatly if you have some other medical conditions or are taking other medications that put you on a high likelihood of getting a long QT syndrome. Let your doctor know in advance if you are using any other drugs and if you have any other conditions like some heart problems (heart failure, slow heartbeat, QT prolongation in EKG) or family history of similar heart problems.

Low levels of potassium or magnesium in blood may also elevate the risk of long QT syndrome. This risk may further increase if you use certain drugs like diuretics or water pills or if you have conditions like severe sweating, diarrhea, or vomiting. Ask your doctor if you can safely take Valif Oral Jelly.

Valif Oral Jelly has the potential to cause dizziness or vision changes. Avoid or keep to minimum, activities like driving, using machinery, or any other activity that requires a high level of mental alertness and thinking while taking Vardenafil. Do them only when you are absolutely sure that you can do them safely. Limit alcohol consumption while taking this medication.

Before taking Valif Oral Jelly,  take all the precautions mentioned above and discuss them with your doctor for detailed clarifications.

You must notify your doctor in advance if you have any of the following medical problems so that he or she can judge if it is safe for you to take Valif Oral Jelly: heart problems like heart attack or severe irregular heartbeat in the past 6 months, chest pain, stroke in past 6 months, kidney disease, liver disease, high or low blood pressure, penis conditions (angulation, fibrosis, Peyronie’s disease), history of painful or prolonged erection (priapism), conditions that may increase the likelihood of priapism (sickle cellanemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma), eye problems (retinitis pigmentosa, sudden decreased vision, NAION), bleeding disorders, or active stomach ulcers.

Take Valif Oral Jelly strictly according to your doctor’s direction or according to the instructions on the medication label. Do not alter the dosage unless your doctor advises you to do so. Valif Oral Jelly is usually taken when needed and the dosage depends on your medical condition, response to treatment, and other medications you may be using. Take Valif Oral Jelly 1 hour before your sexual activity with or without food. Do not take more than one dose in a day and ensure an interval of at least 24 hours between successive doses.

Since Valif Oral Jelly is taken on a need to need basis, you are not likely to miss a dose. In case of an overdose of Vardenafil, get emergency medical attention or call the Doctor immediately. Overdose symptoms include back or muscle pain, or abnormal vision.

Avoid excessive alcohol intake while taking Valif Oral Jelly as it can cause headache, dizziness, increased heart rate, or low or high blood pressure.  Avoid consuming grapefruit and grapefruit based products like grapefruit juice while taking Vardenafil as grapefruit can increase the likelihood of side effects of this medication.

Valif Oral Jelly like all medications may cause side effects in some people but not all. Some but not a complete set of side effects due to Valif Oral Jelly are: headache, stuffy/runny nose, dizziness, vision problems (increased sensitivity ot light, blurred vision, trouble in distinguishing between blue and gree colors, sudden decreased vision in one or both eyes –NAION, especially if you have heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, other eye problems, high blood pressure, if you are over 50, or if you smoke), sudden decrease or loss of hearing sometimes with ringing in ears and dizziness.

A rare but serious side effect of Valif Oral Jelly is painful and prolonged erection which can last 4 hours or more and can be damaging to the penis. This condition requires immediate medical attention. These are not the only side effects of Valif Oral Jelly. There may be others. Contact your doctor right away if you experience any serious side effects or if your condition worsens after taking Valif Oral Jelly.
